主材介紹一橡木

橡木有著鮮明的山水紋／直紋、較粗的導管、較強的紋理感，可以觸摸到紋理。

此外，它的質地非常堅硬，耐磨損，也耐腐蝕，是製作傢具和地板的理想之選。

我們的橡木主要來自五大湖附近的威斯康辛州和密西根州，是最好的產地之一，

在這一地區生長的橡木，生長速度緩慢，所以年輪細緻緊密，花紋小且漂亮。

北美橡木質地更美。橡木雖然在歐洲和美洲均有出產，但以北美產地成色更佳，

而北美產地中又以阿巴拉契亞山脈北坡的賓夕法尼亞產區更佳。

常年低溫甚至可以達到零下二十幾度，

受到的天然災害也少，生長速度緩慢，年輪緊密，花紋小且漂亮，

成品木材顏色一致性高，穩定性好。

我們堅持使用優質原材料，控制等級，嚴格選材，以確保木材的色差和瑕疵盡量減少。但是，實木具有天然的紋理和瑕疵，如輕微色差、活結、虎斑和黑線等，這些天然的特點應該被接納和珍視，因為它們反映了木材的自然美和獨特性。

Purchase phase:
- Quick WhatsApp response from representatives
- Answered my questions and allow me to purchase with ease
- Was able to tell me right away an estimate date of arrival

Delivery:
- organised the delivery a few days in advance, which is great as I was able to take the day off
- nobody told me how many pcs are delivered on the day (as they’re supposed to come separately)
- I told the person I couldn’t speak but yet she kept on calling me
- Changed delivery time on the day of but I understand sometimes there will be delays

Installation:
- Sifu is fast, easy to communicate with and give good suggestions (with positioning and how to move the furniture after installation)
- they cleared everything out of the way and removed all the garbage
- didn’t destroy anything (including walls / furniture)
