Free shipping instructions
Non-remote areas and no need to move stairs. Free shipping on all mattresses. Free shipping and installation fees for purchases of furniture products over $5,000. An additional $300 delivery fee will be charged for purchases below $5,000.
This free shipping does not include parking fees incurred due to exceeding the free parking time of the housing estate building due to installation. Guests should coordinate with the housing estate management office or pay for parking fees incurred due to overtime .
Discard old mattress
If there are old mattresses that need to be disposed of on your behalf, the "MH Living Mattress Exchange" delivery staff will charge HK$200 to $300 per mattress ($200 for 4 feet or less) as a disposal service fee. "MH Living Mattress Exchange " "The delivery personnel will collect the designated mattresses and dispose of the mattresses to the garbage station.
Remote areas
If the customer's delivery address is in a remote area (Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Deep Water Bay, all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Islands District, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yam Shan, Discovery Bay , Tung Chung ) " MH Living Mattress Exchange " delivery staff will charge a remote area surcharge of HK$300 just.
Stair fee
If your final delivery destination is not directly accessible by elevator, the " MH Living " delivery staff will charge a surcharge of HK$100-250 per item per floor (one floor starting from level 6).

Special weather logistics arrangements
In the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, the delivery service scheduled for the day may be delayed or canceled. The "MH Living" customer service department will contact the customer to make other arrangements.
Goods shelf life
If the customer fails to pick up or receive the relevant goods within 120 days after receiving the pickup notice/240 days from the invoice date (whichever is earlier), "MH Living" has the right to dispose of the goods and related funds at its own discretion .
How long did it take to receive the goods after placing the order?
After receiving the order, the customer service department of " MH Living " will call the customer to coordinate the delivery time. "MH Living" will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods to the delivery address specified on the order; however, The company does not assume any responsibility for any delay or failure in delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
Note on logistics restrictions
Customers need to ensure that the goods ordered can comply with the size of the building or other environmental restrictions (such as lift space, etc.). The company will not be responsible if the goods cannot be entered into the house due to relevant factors.
Other things to note
During the delivery and installation period, customers must carefully keep and protect their belongings, such as furniture, furniture, floors, walls and decorations. Our company will not be responsible for any damage.
